The 38-acre former SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceutical site in Piscataway, NJ, is home to DuPont Fabros Technology’s state-of-the-art, 360,000-square foot wholesale data center. Menlo Engineering Associates (MEA) was retained to expedite a wide range of engineering and permitting services to redevelop the property. MEA’s experienced staff and regulatory knowledge enabled DuPont Fabros to meet their demanding project design schedule and begin construction of the facility on time.
